Brides have enjoyed expressing themselves in shades other than white for years. At Occasions we sell more than 90% of our brides an Ivory gown opposed to white. Shades of blush pink as well as champagne are also very popular choices. We have even sold soft shades of silver and blue
So we ponder are brides looking for a bolder statement? After all, the color black is a color of elegance and class in evening wear so why not in Bridal?
I wonder if black can overcome it’s negative connotation of being an eerie color, can we look past the thoughts of funerals and sadness?
